Feel kinda bad for the employee that had my order this morning but said employee is the star that boosted their rating. Most if not every single drink in the order was correct despite her concerns. I’m not sure if it was because I was in earlier than usual but store seemed understaffed for a drop day for their seasonal menu. Definitely noticed a few of their usual employees were missing. Anyways thank you for the patience and hard work.
Vomit fuel! This was supposed to be a FROZEN MATCHA LATTE- “Matcha” is green tea. For some reason the worker mixed a large amount of COFFEE in with Green Tea powder. It looks absolutely disgusting and tastes even worse than it looks. I’m questioning if this was done on purpose because the workers were rushing to close the store for the day.
All the bad reviews are true, and in top of that I got interrogated today while waiting for my mobile order.
