Friendly staff. Lots of selection. Clean store.
The food is good but the service is terribly lacking. They are always out of food and the staff isn’t nice at all. This location needs a serious overhaul with new staff and new management.
Just left, I waited 15 minutes and there was nothing busy and in the end they couldn't make my order because they were out of 2 of my ingredients... Today they work 3 slackers who walk back and forth doing nothing. I bet these 3 slackers will also get a good hourly wage for doing nothing! The new generation literally sucks. Lazy and rude.
We ordered ahead in the app. We had to wait in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. We finally get to the window and she handed us our drinks. Few more minutes passed and she came to the window and asked why we were still there. We told her we also got a doughnut and a grilled cheese. She had a disgusting tone after that. We told her she was causing us to be late because I was so n my way to my dialysis center, that’s why I ordered on the app. She finally gets us the rest of our order.
