Went inside stood for over 5 min before anyone came out to help. The guy comes out eating a bagel asked me what I want while he is eating he reaches with no gloves bagel in hand grabs my donut. 🫠🙃 I politely asked if I could get a different and please use gloves. I ordered 3 cold brew coffees pd.. waited over 20 min before the guy comes bk and says they dont have any. This is not the 1st time...
I’ll be very honest here! I have always loved Dunkin! I just moved to Virginia from Chicago. And here specifically this location in Carrollton, Dunkin store, They have hired kids who are in the high school and I guess they are not trained enough to take orders, I guess they don’t listen to the customers carefully all the time from the drive through window! Awesome people and doughnuts
As a former fortune 500 zone manager, I was app called at the employee using the cell phone at the window as he was serving me my food.. Totally unacceptable and I will not patronize a business that allows their employees to do that
My favorite Dunkin'! I always get greeted warmly at the drive thru, especially by the young gentleman whose name starts with M and his sidekick whose name starts with V. (Not obscuring their names, just didn't know how to spell them.) The service is quick, accurate and pleasant and they make my morning brighter whenever I visit. There are three Dunkin' locations on my way to work and this one is for sure my go-to.
