CHOOSE THIS DUNKIN! Best Dunkin' in Branford. Always friendly with a fast drive thru, food cooked perfectly and most importantly, the coffee is always made correctly and stirred! If only they all operated like this.
I asked for my usual med. Iced decaf with 6 creams and 4 pumps of caramel. The caramel was next to empty and the cashier was pumping and pumping with next to nothing coming out! Then added the cream and was getting ready to add the coffee. I asked her if she could replenish the caramel and make my drink over with the appropriate amount of caramel. I order medium capuchin but there was literally no coffee only foam . So i pay $5 for empty cup
The women working the drive up was lovely and polite. I ordered the $6 special meal. A bagel w bacon, egg and cheese, hash browns and a coffee. I asked for butter on the bagel and was asked to drive up. The women reminded the male worker to add butter. He yelled at her to tell me I needed to pay for the butter next time!
