Whenever there is an issue with the Dunkin' mobile app, management here offers no help and simply tells customers to call the app support line. While app glitches happen, staff and management need better training and accountability to handle order discrepancies directly at the store rather than dismissing customers.
Just rude, I thought it was because I was different (black) but at 5:30-6am, I turned to the other customer and asked “that was rude, right”. He said (older white man on his way to work as well), “yeah”. Price was good.
They went out of their way on a busy Thursday morning to maple frost a coffee roll. Always quick and always friendly.
