This may be the single best Dunkin I have ever been to. The donuts are always fresh, the staff is attentive and kind and the facility is well kept. This place is my stop along my very long commute everyday, and my morning interactions here always starts my day off on the right foot.
Bad service. No greeting and wait for a while to take my order.
This has to be the slowest and most inconvenient location. I’ve come here a few times only because it’s right around the corner of my house, but every time I’m sitting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. Not to mention I tried paying for my coffee with a $100 bill which is legal American currency and got turned away because they didn’t have change. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but it needs some serious help.
For me it’s worth the time to give a shout out to the young man at the window earlier today. He was so personable with a lovely smile. It was much needed & drove away feeling lifted. Also to the man in the white truck ahead of me that paid. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you both
