I spent $10 for a coffee and a bagel sandwich. Then I asked if they could fill up my Stanley with just water. They charged me another $1.91 for water.
I was here at 4:45 on monday october 12th lady was a total jerk and really rude first she sighed into the speaker when it was time to take the order. Then I asked for a large refresher with green tea less ice. she goes okay then i’m going to not going to fill it all the way. I said okay just do regular ice. She fills it up all the way with ice even when I asked for less never have gotten more. That lady is rude unfriendly would not recommend this place.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin. In the past year they’ve become so slow. When you go in there they’re just talking the whole time . The manager works with their staff in the store now all the time and I swear he slows them down. They’ve also lost some really good employees . This place is just the worst now.
Excellent atmosphere and coffee. Loved the staff.
Bad costumer service.
