Bad costumer service.
Stop toasting the bagels in the oven, I understand it's faster but it drys them out and makes them inedible
Bad coffee expensive all around
Jackson and Trista were incredibly polite after I came in for a coffee at a long day. Trista even let me use her phone charger. Keep up the good work. America runs on Dunkin!
“Sorry the three people behind you also ordered a shaken espresso” Sat there for 10 min while they batch made 3 coffees for all of us even though I ordered first on a weekday morning, made me late to work. Wanted to come back and update my review after having to stop there a few more times: consistently slow, unfriendly staff, and they must not clean their ovens or microwaves because everything tastes like bacon and onions.
