I would give zero stars if I could. The employees at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. The first time I came here, I placed a mobile order and was left sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told they were “cleaning” and couldn’t take orders. Customer service was amazing! The woman with the very colorful hair definitely made up for the fact that we spent 45 minutes in the drive through. They would only take the next order after the car ahead drove away from the pickup window. I understand that they may have been understaffed but the store manager, area manager and district manager need to pay a living wage so they can hire more employees. I won't be back!!!!

Horrible experience at this Dunkin, I had a mobile order but had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through while they “cleaned the stations”. Then they proceed to tell us they didn’t have the drink that I ordered and couldn’t give me a refund.
