Much quicker service they know my latte before I can tell them at the drive thru lol excellent service. Only sometimes long wait depending on the time your there but they have staffed up much better so goes quick! 👍👍👍👍👍 10 thumbs up
I don’t know what happened with the management of this location, but it is ridiculously understaffed and wait times are incredibly lengthy. I stopped this evening at the drive-thru, gave my order within a minute, then pulled up behind a car. When they left, I pulled up and sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. Nice young man finally came, apologized for the delay, and charged me for my coffee. Then went to make it. Came back to tell me it would be a little longer because he had to brew a new pot.... read more
Need more help in this store in the morning.also today they scanned my phone twice so I lost 6.00...then the small coffee was half full.
Take forever to acknowledge you once you pull up to the drive thru. Literally have sat there for 3 minutes before they take your order. Happens all the time
