I want to start this off by saying I’m not usually the type of person to write a review, also I have 10+ years of customer service experience, about 4 of those were working a drive through so I understand that it is difficult sometimes. But what I experienced today was not trained employees. I went through the drive through. I ordered an ice coffee, 10 chocolate munchkins and a brownie batter donut.
