the Employees are rude drinks dont taste that good and overall experience sucked nobody took my order for atleast 20 minutes while the Employees were sitting back doing nothing then proceeded to say "ohh uh" when the woman saw a line of 4 people behind me they only had 3 people working 2 i also didnt get 2 of my point redemptions even though i scanned them everytime i come to this store they are either rude or just dont make the drinks right
Employees are rude,drinks dont taste that good and overall experience sucked nobody took my order for atleast 15 minutes then proceeded to say oh when they saw people only had 3 people working and they were only working drive through which is okay but a 15-minute wait is okay but still I've had bad past experiences here i do not recommend coming here
To be honest, this is the rudest Dunkin that I have ever been to. I have actually seen the employees yelling about people’s orders because they don’t want to do it. The people here are crazy. Also, I can go to any Dunkin and my coffee taste great. When I go to this location, the coffee is horrible. This is downright the worst Dunkin ever.
This is the absolute WORST dunkin I have ever been to. I get a caramel iced coffee every single time I go to dunkin and 99% of the time it tastes nothing like what I ordered, it’s what I imagine dirty sock water to taste like. Not to mention, the service is terrible and the employees are often hostile. There was a younger guy working the drive thru and acted like I was a bother and barely said 2 words to me. I recommend going down the street to the other dunkin.
