This place is a hole, run down, slow service, not the cleanest. Just got a coffee, and took some time. They have an excellent location at rt85 & 11, only reason they're operating.
The friendliest Dunkin staff
Every time I go in here, it’s an issue. I don’t know why I try anymore. Try ordering ahead on the mobile app. You would think everything would be ready and smooth. Never the case. And for the record day, they have no idea how to make an ice macchiato. They tried to serve me chocolate syrup over melted ice. It was disgusting.
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered Dunkin' Donuts this morning for my classroom. I ordered a dozen donuts and was in a hurry. Didn't realize they gave me a half a dozen and they also gave me the wrong free donut. They weren't offering me the free donut that you're supposed to get today I had to ask for it absolutely disgraceful, but they of course charged me for a dozen donuts and when I called, no one picks up the phone shame on you. You have horrible service and you should be ashamed of yourselves
