Pretty sad when the store can't even serve you during hours of operation
I went to the drive through the other day daughter and her friend and they were all very polite and silent while the other one was ordering. The headset cut out while we were ordering and we could not hear the lady taking our order. When it came back on she said “PULL UP” In a weird tone of voice but we just thought she was raging because of the microphone issues. Headed home late night I'm starving the place is almost wiped out but Nick behind the counter hook me up and save the day. The customer service at this location is outstanding!
like everyone else has said here this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to of all time. When it’s not a rush, it still takes about 10 minutes to get your food even if it’s just a sandwich. When there’s only about five cars in line, Expect to sit there for 10 minutes before you can even put an order in. then at least another 15 minutes before you get your food. it is absolutely the slowest serving DD I have ever been to.
This review is broader then just one visit to this location everytime I have gone either my order gets messed up and I have to turn around to the quality of their product is terrible I do not recommend this location at all.
