Alicia, the new manager, is great! She’s got a bubbly personality and is HAPPY to help her guests, which is a rarity these days!
Every morning I go in here and Alicia the new manager is always polite and bubbly! Her staff is always friendly and helpful! They always go above and beyond and it’s appreciated! Keep up the great job guys!

"This was by far the WORST Dunkin’ experience of my life. The staff clearly didn’t care about customers at all — they were rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor just by taking my order. I stood there waiting far too long while they moved at a snail’s pace, chatting with each other instead of helping people in line. When I finally got to the counter, they rushed me, got my order wrong, and when I politely asked for ketchup, I was told they were 'too busy' — even though they weren’t helping anyone else!
