I ordered a cheese and egg beagle, and it was extremely hard and did not taste like other beagles I have had from Dunkin before, I ended up throwing the beagle away. I also ordered coffee and it was not prepared right I order the same coffee everytime and it definitely did not taste good at all. Lastly I tried using my dunkin rewards and was told that they did not participate in the program!?!?!
visited at 10:45 on a Sunday morning. They had a long line, but the employees were very polite and fast with their service, given that they were only two people working for the entire store. the food was fresh and nothing was stale or hard.
Super rude employee with dreads at 2:00 AM. When I tried to ask a question, he had his airpods in and even though he could see me, ignored me on purpose for a long time. Came back a couple hours later and claimed they were "closed" because he didn't have a cashier. The guy was clearly just avoiding opening the kitchen/serving people and pretending to clean for hours on end. So lazy. Extremely rude. When I asked why it said they're open 24 hours he cut me off and said they're not open. I'm pretty sure he was tryna slack.
Rude, wouldn’t let me use the Dunkin app and the menu is limited.
Ordered from this Dunkin. Menu was out of 90% of their normal items including the wraps and shaken espresso. Settled for a croissant and a blueberry late. Upon pickup they inform me they are out of blueberry so I had to switch. Then my coffee came out white. It was all milk.
