This may be one of the most disfunctional Dunkins, I've ever seen in my life. Actually, I've seen porta johns run better than this location. Wait times unbelievable, cleanliness behind the counter - non existent. You are losing tons of sales from people just walking away and then wasted food from people who paid but couldn't wait longer than the 45 mins they already waited. Crazy. Also isn't it custom to put have hair secured when working with food? Not here.

Least efficient Dunkin I’ve never been too. Took over 40 mins to get 2 donuts .

Horrible service and rude service agents! The croissant sandwich was burnt and tasted like metal! Hash browns were the same and both had to be thrown away! $20 wasted. Bad experience for sure!

The attitude received from the black lady today (9-9-26) was uncalled for and unnecessary. I didn’t get her name but she needs a different job if she can’t address customers appropriately. She takes orders for donuts and can’t do that professionally! Even the way she announced her line was for cash or employees only was rude! The kiosk line did not allow food option purchases. Get better employees Dunkin, you can do better.
