I thought the lady making the drinks was just having a bad day but after reading some of these reviews, seems like that wasn’t the case. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave my order to someone else (who happened to walk up to the counter shortly after she had called out my drink order) without confirming the order number yet, accused me of not listening for my order and for not grabbing my drink. The staff here are all very kind, but the store itself has limited item availability and they were out of the refreshers when I went.
Donut so stale! I keep hoping to get the Dunkin’ Donut experience I used to love. Not today!
