We went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Midway airport by the food court. Dunkin’ has gone downhill. I waited in line to order, to find out that they were out of food. No sign, so people wouldn’t waste time in the line. Also there was no ice coffee. There were 4 people working who were walking around and looked lost. One of the workers was asked if there was another Dunkin Donuts and was told no. There was another Dunkin Donuts near Gate B19. Wow!!!!
Literally the worst Dunkin on earth, even for an airport. Stood in line for half an hour. The employees weren’t even making coffee, it was the two people at the cash register holding things up. Honestly, almost bizarre how bad it was. I know we’re a captive audience but strongly suggest finding coffee elsewhere!
Honestly ridiculous to say you open at 5AM and then not open until 5:15ish because the workers don't come in early enough to prep everything. If you say you open at 5, everything should be prepped and ready to open doors at 5. Proper food&bev industry etiquette. I should've trusted the negative reviews instead of waiting (mind you we were first in line) and having to leave before they even finished prepping because we were gonna be late to our boarding group. Shame on you, open on time
Stopped at this Dunkin before I caught my flight. Service was super slow, the 3 employees working there kept telling customers, “no more food” but would only notify them as soon as they waited 20 minutes in line at the register. Nobody else towards the middle/end of the line would be notified. The employees also had zero flow and lacked any kind of efficiency with taking orders, making them, and sending them out which is why everyone waited for so long.
