Be cautious when ordering decaf coffee here. I’ve noticed that they intentionally dilute my half-and-half coffee by adding water. They seem to prefer making regular coffee instead of fresh decaf. I won’t be returning. The guys in the black shirts, who I think are part of management, never apologized or said a word.
Everytime I come to this Dunkin' they try to tell me that how I request my drink is not how the drink is supposed to be made. Mind you all I adk is that the drink be made with almond milk because I don't drink regular milk I never had an issue with other locations except this specific one. They are so rude and need to go.
I go to this location once a week. They are always very quick and friendly
