They gave me rotten sausage, I took one bite and I had to spit it out. Went back and they couldn't understand that the meat was bad. They remade it and guess what? The meat was still bad. They would not give me my money back. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in my 46 years. I went to the human bean down the street and got a really good breakfast sandwich.
I was the only customer in the store at 1pm, 5 employees working , no greeting or acknowledgement by any of the staff. I stood at the counter and waited until someone finally decided to come over and assist me. After my order was given to me, several staff members starting laughing and speaking in their native language. Poor customer service, and several flies were flying all over the shop, thats a concern. Poor customer will cause DD to loose customers.
Update: Fast service and great coffee. Update: drive thru has been very busy and slow that people who want to go inside the store are unable to park. Update: drive thru combined with park and go inside is ridiculously hazardous.
