They forget a lot of stuff
I seldom leave reviews. But I feel compelled to leave one. This is my go to coffee stop. Today, I went around 12:30pm. My kids wanted a chocolate milk. The gentlemen over the intercom advised they were out of chocolate. Now most times when this happens, it is just left at that. No chocolate milk. And we move on. However, the gentlemen told me he could take a regular milk and add chocolate syrup to it, which I gladly accepted.
