Guys looks. Come here a lot in the morning otw to work. There are 2 empemployee that are absolutely horrible. Not friendly at all, very rude. I actually will turn around if I notice these two or even one of them are working. Managers need to pay more attention to what is going on in their store and how rude certain employees are.
This particular Dunkin' is hands down our absolute favorite location, and for good reason! We always feel incredibly well-treated, like valued regulars. They've even surprised us with extra donuts a couple of times, which is such a fun bonus! One time, they were out of the sprinkled donuts my kiddo always wanted, and my little one was pretty disappointed. 2025 update: not sure what’s going on but the past month or so it’s been interesting…my order gets messed up. Either something on the side is forgotten or drink made wrong. And it happens almost every time. Most workers are still really friendly but like anyplace there are a couple cranky ones lol Hopefully it will turn around bc until recently my experiences were flawless for years.
