Not greeted for 6 minutes, breakfast sandwich took 10+ minutes. From a microwave, cool.
Jo Jo - provided fantastic customer service! A 10 out of 10. She was very kind and welcoming. Made sure my cold brew had enough oat milk. A very cheerful attitude. We need more Jo Jo’s!!
Steve is awesome. But the girl who is taking orders at the drive thru is either having a bad day or has an attitude problem.
We travel a lot and I drink a lot of Dunkin coffee. This is far the worse Dunkin. My coffee almost made me vomit. I had to tell the person behind the counter to add more things to the coffee. I couldn’t cancel my order because I did an online order . This place needs to close down.
Worse dunkin. My coffee was obviously black and i ask him to put more cream and he looks confused. When i get in my care it’s just filled with grounds. Not the first time this has happened.
