I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Dorothy and Mike at Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re truly amazing! Every time I visit, they go above and beyond with their friendly attitudes and fast, efficient service. Dorothy always greets customers with a warm smile that brightens your morning, and Mike keeps things moving with such great energy and attention to detail. It’s clear they care about both the work they do and the people they serve. They make every visit feel personal and pleasant. Dunkin’ is lucky to have them!
Terrible customer service. felt racists vibes from cashier with demeaning justers and attitude. Me and my wife was picking up a uber order ,and All she asked for was a bag for all the extra drinks and the cashier started being nasty and unprofessional. Never again will I be accepting orders from this establishment
