How are you ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS out of oatmilk???? Get your inventory under control, because every time I've come to this location for a simple oatmilk latte FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS, you're ALWAYS out of oatmilk! How is it that every other franchise is able to keep oatmilk in stock??? Its embarrassing, get it together!
I’ve come to this location for years. Workers are usually polite here. This morning the interaction with the black man in the drive through was very disrespectful. I ordered a medium hot chocolate, sometimes this location gives terrible not properly mixed hot chocolate. When I received my hot chocolate it felt extremely light I opened it and seen it was more of a small in a medium cup and not stirred.
