Visited the drive thru this morning. While on the way home, I asked my daughter to check our bag to make sure we got everything, but we were missing hash browns. We doubled back to the location, parked in the lot, and I walked in to ask for the hash browns. When I told the woman working the register that my hash browns were missing, her response was to turn her back to me and sing out "We missed hash browns!" The guy working the drive thru then started to laugh. Will not return.
I don't even bother stopping here anymore. Coffee order is never right. It's like they don't even care. This is what happens when you advertise job's and only offer $12.00 an hour.
