Staff is awesome
Very poor awareness…heavy set cashier this morning was not polite, straight face with an attitude. This was my first time in the store so im sure it wasnt me. She insisted I wait for my coffee in a specific location of the store twice after I acknowledged that the coffee would be received at the pick up counter. Little did she know, Im not a dog or trained animal that your gonna make move when you want me to move. Ill wait where ever I want to wait for my coffee. I can not believe how much coffee is now!!
This is the only Dunkin I actually look forward to going to. Staff is always fast and efficient, and the old fashioned cake donuts legitimately taste soft and delicious, which is rare at any other Dunkin location I've been to. I don't know how they do it, but the quality of the donuts and baked goods at this location is actually great, unlike most others where it's day-old and stale. They also always have at least 4 people working behind the counter, even despite the tiny space there. I never wait long for breakfast sandwich... read more
