I recently went to this dunkin and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin. waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru even though i was the only one in line but no biggie. I get my order and they're usually piping hot so i waited a few minutes to eat it and i take a bite...ice cold, muffin not toasted, cheese was never melted...they never heated it up at all... honestly one of the most disgusting things i've ever had and in my life i have never had to ask for a BEC to be toasted/hot?? i waited 10+ mins and they didn't... read more
We normally go to this one for the last 6 months since Palmer and bondsville have been kind of iffy. Today they messed up my order. They put the wrong items for the sandwiches reversed onto different breads (messed up a croissant and a bagel). They also messed up my coffee. A very easy coffee to make compared to other people can order.
