Sunday morning, 7/27/25 around 11:15 am. It was a mobile order. When we arrived, they asked us what we ordered. The drinks were spilling. They were annoyed when I asked for napkins. They were annoyed since we got to the window. They forgot the swirl on our coffees. It was just terrible customer service.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a simple order: a Box O' Joe, 10 munchkins, and a muffin. Since the line wasn’t moving and I had already paid, I decided to go inside to pick it up while my husband pumped gas. That’s when things got even worse.
