When I asked for a small cup of ice water to cool my coffee down, I was charged for it.
No Holiday sprinkle donut on Dec 26 @ 9am, ordered 2 cinnamon raisin toasted bagels 1 w/cream cheese on side had to repeat that multiple times to get the order right. Received 1 bagel with the cream cheese in the side, then had to show my receipt and wait for the second. Assuming it was correct, I left, it was a plain bagel (not what I ordered and NOT what was on the receipt. Someone else also asked to repeat my coffee order not sure if they couldn’t see the order.
This was my go to Dunkin during the work week and now I don't think I will be purchasing anything from this location moving forward. I went this past Sunday 12/14/2025 and went inside to order and the young lady had a NASTY attitude. The young man working there as well had an attitude. Us as customers are paying for our food, this isn't given to us for free so we expect to have good service and a good experience. The food is made very sloppy and the workers rushing you to order after every item being named they tell you to pull forwards youg ladys maybe im higher or just left high school not be at work here
