This was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. The process they get your food and drink and donuts is terrible. Totally understaffed. Too many people all making the same mistakes. Good and beverages sat for a long time because the order screen did not update. Had to order at a kiosk. And wait and wait. Then go stand in another line for your donuts. Took me an hour to get 2 coffee, 3 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Went to WaWa the next day. It's convenient that's it's located in GWL but the worse service and food experie... read more

If you want a stale donut and weak coffee even for low DD standards, coupled with unfriendly service and an hour wait for basic orders on a weekday morning this is your place.

It took an hour to get two coffees and some food. The store was full of people waiting, very crowded. They don't text you when your order is ready so you just end up going back every 10 mins to see if it's ready. You might as well just doordash another dunkin.

The Dunkin inside Great Wolf Lodge is pretty much what you’d expect—convenient, but not fast. You can order ahead, and I definitely recommend doing that, though there can still be a bit of a wait. If you walk up and order in person, plan on waiting quite a while longer, especially during busy times. Good for a quick caffeine fix, just budget extra time.
