Folks behind the counter fid fine. The issue is the ordering process. I had to use the kiosk snd all I wanted was two coffees. The process was overly complex and the options weren’t clear. They also don’t open till 0630. I’ll go down the road to Wawa next time.
This location seems to charge double the price for the same items that you can get at any Dunkin’ Donuts. They charge for flavors which are free anywhere else. Employees are also completely disinterested in helping people. I was told they are out of oat milk and they will cancel my order. I went to an ice cream shop and an employee said it was very strange they would not just get oat milk from him, so he literally walked over and handed them oat milk.
