One of the worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Cheese was cold and not melted.
Resident for 6 years and the only consistent thing about this location is inconsistency. Sometimes your order is prepared correctly, sometimes it isn’t. In the last year whenever we order donuts they are always wet, like the glaze/frosting hasn’t set and everything’s drippy. And not in a good way that reminds you of Krispy Kreme. Update: 17APRIL2025 Whoever thought it was a good idea to blare AM radio static through the lobby speakers should be fired, drove everyone out of the lobby all day.
Very long wait times. Poor customer service. Incorrect order given. Update 4/25. Years later, Still long waits and wrong food given. Always well staffed, just incompetent
