Had to drive away. 10 minutes at the drive thru and not one car moved.
Horrible. Telling customers to pick up applications to help them make their orders is unacceptable. They made the drink with the wrong ingredients, you tell them, they make it half wrong again and they try to argue on it. Then you order food, wait 20 minutes just to be told they ran out of said food
Ms. Dee was so sweet and patient as we were figuring out our order - and the food was reliably great. Glad we made a pit stop here.
Worst Dunkin ever, waited literally 14 minutes to get waited on, one girl working, kept taking cars at drive thru when there was a line of people waiting inside
