the dunkin in senatobia is usually very good and polite and makes my drinks just right. however, there have been multiple occurrences where, upon pulling up to the drive thru with a mobile order, they’ve taken my order and after i say my order, there’s just radio silence for about five minutes. no “just a moment”, no “pull up to the window”, absolutely nothing. i pulled up to the window anyways after sitting for five minutes hearing nothing and i have currently been sitting at the window for almost ten minutes and no one has... read more
The person on the register was impolite,the donuts were very disappointing. The server was nice.
I usually love my experience at dunkin in senatobia. However today i was served a molded bagel. I will not be going back.
This is a great coffee shop with amazing workers and Top Tier service!!!
