The staff were extremely friendly and kind. They waited on us as we took what seemed like an eternity to order. That was appreciated. Their coffee is our fave, but their donuts just aren't my favorite. And they can't compare to Krispy Kreme or our local yummy donuts. But as far as service. This location was on top of it

I realize that Dunkin is as much a coffee shop as a donut store, which should temper my expectations. However, this location near Kalahari has been nearly out of donuts during two of my last three visits. Staff have been awesome and apologetic, just something I hope gets figured out soon. Food quality is good, service is good, availability of items needs improvement.
