Terrible. I order cold foam everyday I get coffee and they either 9 out of 10 times forget it or its either so thin of a layer you can see right through it or it looks like curdled whip cream. Unreal. And its usually over 10min of standing around waiting too
Ordered 15 minutes before i got there then waited over 20 minutes after i got there, worst Dunkin experience i have ever had, the people that work here had zero sense of urgency!!
This place has declined significantly. Orders are never correct. Do not recommend this Dunkin.
Food is usually very good once you get it. I Even if I order 30 minutes ahead of time and come 5 minutes after the pick up time, I take a gamble on waiting an additional 10 minutes for my order. Often I have had to ask where it was. They keep pumping out orders at the register while the store is packed with customers who have been waiting for 10+ minutes.
