This has to be the worst Dunkin in the entire state, I usually drive out of my way to another Dunkin today they reminded me why. Always an issue, order is always wrong, customer service awful.
Sat at the drive tru for a long time and wasn't acknowledged. I called out and no one answered. Drove up to see if anyone was there. I saw a girl standing there eating and casually talking to her coworker. So I saved myself a headache and went somewhere else.
Basically grab and go style DD shop. Bathroom is clean, crews are friendly, food comes out quickly. But the tables and chair doesn't seem for the customers those want to sit and read book for 30 minutes. Still I love this store.
