When I ask for a toasted bagel I want it toasted not microwave hot and soggy. Second who the hell orders an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese? I don't know but that's what I got. Third with 6 to 9 people working there at any given time, you have enough staff to put the cream cheese on my bagel. Oh yeah tell the people running the drive through window to stop asking for tips.
Pre-ordered my coffee . Got it it was wrong ,,, replaced it wrong coffee ,, went back and got it fixed !
