I made a mobile order then waited 30 min in the drive thru to get said order and it wasn’t even made by the time we got to the window. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left 20 minutes ago. An insincere apology and no other accomodations made to an insane wait time is absolutely unacceptable.
I live next door to this location and it's one of the slowest locations I've ever been to. I just waited 9 minutes in the drive-thru this morning... I left before the line even started moving. I don't know if it is an employee issue or if it has something to do with your broken speaker that has barely worked for years? Whoever owns this location should step up their game...
