Went in to order a frozen chocolate. It's not a popular drink since dunkin specializes in coffee, but it's still on the menu. I've been ordering this drink for years at various locations without issue. When I placed my order, the first employee misunderstood me, and I gently corrected her. She then went to the back to get assistance from a co-worker. The second employee I interacted with was dismissive and seemed frustrated from the very start. Dear god shockingly bad food
Literally walked in, got an iced vanilla latte, and the thing straight up tasted like pure vanilla and sugar. Felt like I was drinking a blended cupcake. Hands down the worst iced latte I’ve had in my life.
