I honestly don’t understand what all these people say about the teenage staff, if anything that’s probably the best part of the store. These kids are so respectful and are there just to work, they know how to treat people and how to provide well customer service. It doesn’t matter when I come whether it’s later in the day or early morning these kids are super respectful. They get orders RIGHT, they make food & drinks greatly and everything is made perfectly. This dunkin used to be great and I even gave them 4 stars at one point but now they only hire extremely rude teenagers who can't make drinks, my coffee is always sour an the milk ratio is always off, and when I point it out the girls are always so rude to me, this never happens when they mess up my order at dutch bros.
Friendly staff! Dunkin’ is always a hit or miss on if they’ll have items or ingredients on hand so it’s kind of a gamble stopping there
