This place has really gone downhill in the past 6 months or so. They seem to run out of donuts and coffee by 11:30. They don’t clean the front area. The guy at the register who might be the manager can’t be bothered to brew decaf at 2pm. Been coming here for years. It wasn’t like this last year.
Stuff are very rude. I was there I ordered a coffee and bagel. I waited they give me my sandwich. They didn’t give me coffee. I waited more than 10 minutes. They didn’t give me coffee. I asked them. Hey, where is my coffee that was like what coffee did you order I told him I ordered I paid coffee and bagel together. I got my bagel only. I didn’t get my coffee. They just don’t know what to do. Man working at 9am on Wednesday 9/10 was extremely rude and a professional gaslighter. Will never go back and u should retrain him on his listening skills.
