Worst Duncan donuts I’ve ever been to. Their tablet machine charges $2 more for the same meal you can get at the counter for $6. Additionally, as a paying customer, I asked for a cup of water and they said it’s their owners policy not to give that out. Seems illegal but whatever, this place might be out of business by 27’
So really I order 4 donuts, they are dumped in a bag icing stuck to bag other donuts. A waste of money…
So slow!!!! Waited 25mins in the line. Only 5 customers were in front of us
The staff at Dunkin Donuts is extremely friendly and helpful. They offered me a better deal on items I purchased. I appreciate them helping me save money!
I work at the mall so I’ve been here a lot, I liked the food and the deals but the service is so bad, they don’t seem to care about the customer or the order accuracy , I can’t tell you how many times they have gotten my order wrong Then when I saw they didn’t wear gloves every time when touching the food or they would touch it with dirty gloves, going from checking out and touching the money to touching the food, I stopped going there all together
