I saw all the bad reviews so I was expecting the worst but I was pleasantly surprised when my iced coffee came out maybe 10 seconds after I ordered it, same with my food, and both taste great to me
Very poor costumer service, specially from the manager. The manager was working the drive thru when my father was passing through the drive thru. My father ordered his coffee on the intercom with no problem at all. But once my father came up to the window with his non-fluent English, the manager yelled at him “get out of my store. I don’t want you here”. My father just said “ok” and left.
