The young dark-skinned employee made my experience very unpleasant today, March 30. I came in just to pick up food, and she consistently shows a rude attitude toward customers. This is not the first time. Her behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming. This ongoing issue needs to be addressed immediately, and I expect management to take action.”
