Today I got an Iced coffee with a donut . I drunk it about half and there is a visible hair sticking out from the whipped cream . I showed the manager (short heavy set lady) who has no hair net on at that . She tells me I put the hair in my coffee and it’s not my business to be saying anything . Asked for two $6 meal deals and he gave us croissants instead of the bagel which is pictured on the signs offering the deal. Not very friendly.
Went this morning , to get a coffee muffin toasted with butter , the very rude lady at the front register told me they could not do that due to the muffin . I have been ordering that for years at several Dunkin’s. I asked for the muffins toasted with butter packets , she told me she didn’t have any . This place offers terrible customer service . I will be informing the owner George as I work in the development . Horrible experience and I advise you to go to another Dunkin that has better employees and adequate supplies !
