I asked for an iced matcha latte with almond milk and a chocolate donut very simple order you would think. Almost everytime I order a chai latte it’s never a chai. People can’t read simple orders and it’s always a coffee. They suck
Bought Sanckin Beacon which was burnt
what happened to this place, over the past 6 months they screw up my order every time, today i asked for jelly donut n i got cream, last week it was strawberry n lemonade not green tea, i will no longer go to this location
Very disorganized, no medium cups, no plain bagels, no bacon, no mocha, took 25 min to get food was told after waiting no plain bagel while watched people after me plain bagels. Mine was skipped and then told no bagel. Bery disappointed to I will be using Homey Dew up the road instead
