The last 2 times I've been to this Dunkin they have claimed they can't make my drink because they close in 30 minutes. Why aren't they doing closing duties when they are closed, but instead sending customers away??
they refused to refill my travel mug and insisted on using their cup which I then had to throw out. I checked the company policy and it encourages environmental friendly refills???
Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes. Placed order and pulled up to the window. Liberal lady with mask lost her mind saying she couldn't hear me when I ordered. Told me I has to go around and place order again. I refused so she threatened to call cops. I left and called to speak with manager. Same lady answered the phone. Screamed at me again and hung up. Go to dunkin every day and never delta with this. Will never go to this location again!
Almost all dunkins are the same, some worse than others. But no matter where you go you can count on 2 things. 1, your donuts will always be upside down and stuck to the bag and ruined, and 2, you'll more than likely not get that cold foam you paid for lol
I frequent this location pretty often, but the past few times I've been here the food and service have definitely been subpar. It takes quite a while for the staff to notice anyone at the counter, and when they do they definitely don't seem happy to see you. Took atleast 3 minutes to be helped today, and whoever took my order seemed pissed that I was ordering?
