Today, instead of filling my cup entirely with coffee, I saw them dilute it with hot water. That’s fraudulent.
While the recent renovation improved the interior, it didn't seem to address staff management/training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns, and I was shocked by what I witnessed. The staff did not change their gloves, even after touching appliances, equipment, and the trash can (both outside, while moving it, and inside, while pressing down the trash and realigning the bag). Terrible management. It was raining so went through drive thru to get a box of munchkins at 2pm on a Saturday. Already made, should be quick. Two cars in front of me took 10minutes to get to order screen. Once I ordered the guy in front of me had already left and the guy behind me. One car was at the window and after waiting another 4 minutes I went around them, parked went inside to an EMPTY COUNTER and 3 employees “working” behind it. The Donuts are delicious and coffee was hot at perfect temperature the Dunkin Donuts coffee shop atmosphere was very appealing and neighborhood is enjoying coffee together in this coffee shop workers was very attentive
