Very nice staff.
The service was horrible!! The store wasn't set to close for at least 25 minutes and I made an online order through my app and the guy was pissed that he had to make hot food and all I ordered that was hot was 1 order of hash browns. He slammed door and items as he was preparing our drinks. I was having a family day out and this service was so upsetting and disrespectful.
Angela works so extremely hard and deserves the recognition. Angela delivers concise and authentic service and is the only reason I continue to frequent this specific Dunkin location. Angela is the best!!!!
This has to be the worst Dunkin I've been to. Im not sure how you make ordering a coffee and a donut more complicated. There is always a line 5 deep with nobody stepping up to serve anyone...and when you do they ask you to detail our how much milk and sugar you want in your coffee (if I order a coffee milk and sugar every other Dunkin in the world just make it ..no more questions). The kiosks are overly complicated and slow everything down and they don't make simple coffee orders quickly to go...you get stuck behind the peop... read more
