Went to the Malvern Dunkin’ twice...and won’t be back. First visit: staff was rude and rushed. Second visit: ordered online, and they forgot an item. When I pointed it out (with the receipt), they looked annoyed. Also ordered two medium matchas, and it was obvious they just split one into two cups loaded with ice..completely watered down. Ordered a large strawberry pomegranate refresher. It was so sour that it wasn't drinkable. Threw it out and waste of money!
Went in on veterans day to get a coffee and take advantage of the advertised veterans day free doughnut. Corporate must not have notified this location that they were having a veterans day deal. Coffee and doughnut were ok but a little disappointing not getting a free doughnut. Update: went again and got a chai late. Was 3/4 full and tasted terrible. Not sure how you mess up chai that comes out of a carton... But they did it.
