went in this morning and the employees aren’t friendly. no one greets you when you walk in and walk right past you like you aren’t there. kiosk ordering is a nightmare and while you do that the workers are messing around laughing and yelling in the kitchen. never coming back. and the food sucks.
Honestly one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. I will say when I pull up to the drive thru the person doesn’t greet me but just says hello like rude. But other than that really good
I ordered a large iced protein latte with less ice. They gave me just milk syrup and full of ice. This is my third bad experience at this place. They really do not care about customers.
While management service has noticeably declined with quality. The food often tastes stale and the coffee hasn’t been enjoyable, so I usually end up going elsewhere. I want to highlight a positive experience with the newest guy who works mainly as the drive‑thru cashier. He is consistently friendly, welcoming, and makes customers feel appreciated, which really stands out. I think he’s the main reason people come back.
