I ordered two of the same sandwiches this morning, and it's baffling how they could come out so differently. One of the sandwiches was perfect: the bread on both sides was beautifully toasted and crisp. The other sandwich, the one in this photo, was completely underdone. Both slices of the bread were soft and limp, like they had barely been heated at all. It wasn't toasted in the slightest.
