Spanish Lady at the counter didn’t give me the right order I ask for a strawberry donut I get chocolate and when I ask for a sweet tea lemonade I didn’t get it I just got sweet tea either and apparently I didn’t say it loud enough for her to hear both times
I work down the block and get my coffee here. They never get it right not one single time. I have always had to go back and get it done again. Worst possible Dunkin
The food was great, all intact, donuts, croissants, munchkins, refreshers, rolls, and you name it! The atmosphere was noisy, loud from outside, motorcycles reving outside. The service was astonishing slow. They had to get 2 people's orders that didn't order from the app before me, and they literally came after I came in the store. Also the tables were filled with napkins, not as crowded as it seems.
Worst coffee I've ever tasted, bagels were stale.
