I’m literally standing here right now and I can’t believe how classless the cook was!!! He needs to be retrained! Sandy the cashier was so kind and professional. I came in to waste money really fast, ordered a hot chocolate and a toasted croissant. Within seconds my croissant was done ! I was like wow that was fast. There is not much you owe about your food, it is normal, the worrying thing is your service. I can see with my own eyes the manager’s terrible treatment with one of her exonerated exes, refusing to pay her. As a customer it was very uncomfortable, and as she was so “busy” fighting with her former employee, she served me my cold food, late and my coffee without sugar, extremely black and 0 as I had ordered, terrible service.
Today at 11am I arrived at this dunkin to pick up a latte i ordered on the go. I realized I sent it to the wrong location and I told the lady at the front about it. I showed her my receipt, it showed the same day and time and I asked if it can be made here since I already paid for it and the other location was at Metropolitan. She said no. This location never has any iced decaf coffee I wanted to do a pick up order, I submitted it via Uber eats and they were going to just make me a random iced coffee without it being decaf, I take medication, my medication does not mix well with caffeine. I’m not sure why Dunkin’ Donuts at this location struggles with having decaf but they haven’t had decaf in months.
