The customer service at this location was very bad. This has happened on multiple occasions where the workers are very rude and seem annoyed. The man who took my order today was being incredibly rude and sarcastic, basically making fun of me for the drink I wanted, and then said they had none of the ingredients which I thought was a complete lie. Not sure of the reason for 3.5 rating, I find the place neat and welcoming. Bagel and Croissant tasted good.. coffee is on par with other dunkins around
