I am originally a constant client of this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I have to say that for the past few months, the lack of consistency with the quality of the coffee they’re providing it’s sad. I love this location because it’s literally around the block from my house, but when I tell you, I rather drive further than stop here anymore. This morning’s coffee was bitter, burnt, and with a horrible aftertaste do not waste your money here. I will no longer be a client here again
I was hesitant to put a review here, but I gave them so many chances to get my simple order right, and still keep messing it up. It’s difficult to know it’s messed up until you get home because the coffee is very hot to try it before I leave. Now I am seating here with a coffee I can’t drink because it’s too sweet. My bagel was burnt and not only that, they want to sell at crazy prices take people 0.60 cent different from other Dunkin dunut store and the most funny thing don’t want to sell the new drunkilatte, saying that store don’t sell that, is this not a franchise ? SMH, I’m not going there again. I order bagel from other place is $3.08 why this store has to be extra $3.68 that is sick! I hope cooperate check this out asap before I file a lawsuit claim
