To the girl with the pink hair who works at this Dunkin… every time I come through the drive-thru, you act annoyed, and make it obvious you don’t want to be there. Ordered a Matcha and got half of one. We asked politely if it could get remade and watched them close the window to giggle at us and then they told us “thats just how it comes”. I would understand if they said they were in a rush and couldn’t remake it..but to laugh and just lie. Awful. Terrible customer service.
Wish they had a 1/2 star option, I feel generous giving one star...I applied here over 3 weeks ago, had the interview, got hired on the spot. Alexis, the Manager of the place, told me she'd contact me in a couple days with a starting date. Waited more than a couple days. I've been calling the past couple weeks, she's either "too busy" when she answers or other employees answer saying "she isn't here."
