I had a very bad experience I went around 12:00 from drive thru employee was not paying attention, was not respectful, and I had ordered 5-6 things. She gave no napkin , had to ask for it, plus she forgot to give a straw and any ketchup that goes with the food. She was busy talking to other employees and was very easily distracted!!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I ordered hash browns and politely asked if they could be made fresh and well done. When I got to my truck, I realized they were still old, so I went back inside and requested a fresh order. While waiting, I watched an employee touch the trash can and other surrounding surfaces with the same gloves she was using to handle customers’ food. That immediately made me uncomfortable.
