Food great - 30 minute wait to get a mobil order!!!
Staff was talking instead of helping customers. I ordered a medium hot latte, it was half a cup and it was cold. I will never go to this dunkin again.
9:40am on a Thursday. waited 10 minutes at the counter. Eventually gave up and left. Four people running the drive through, no one working the inside register. Didn’t even have someone say “we’ll be with you in a moment” or something. Looking forward to the Starbucks coming to Delaware Avenue so I can actually get a coffee.
