What a dump! I got verbally assaulted with foul language via drive thru! Place smells of pot as soon as window opens! Customer service is NOT their thing for sure!! Very very disappointing long wait times ! I’m still waiting for District manager to call me! UPDATE; Year later and still NO call from District Manager!! What pathetic service! Submitted a mobile order and after 15 minutes I asked about it. Not the only person waiting for their mobile order either. I'll skip this location in the future and try a different one. Google shows bad reviews for this location. That makes sense. I don't think they paid attention to their mobile orders until I asked about mine. Took 40 minutes total to get everything straightened out. They did give us a refund but I can't get my time back. I was the only person at the register and there were a bunch of employees working but not a single person acknowledged me. After standing there for a few minutes I left without making a purchase.
See this is why I don't like coming here they don't listen. I told the girl I wanted a build your own she told me they didn't have that. I said yes U do. She asked another girl and she came over to help her. She told me about 2 flavors they had and 2 other I can mix with. I said don't you have the oatmilk she was looking funny.
