Every day in the morning at 7:30 in the morning I go there to buy breakfast, but there is a woman talking in the headset every day, but I don't understand her, and when I don't understand her, she is angry and leave the headset to someone else talking to me.we need nice people working there she’s really not nice person
9/10 Dunkin's I've been to, this one included, most, it not all of the employees do not know how to reload on the app. Every once in a blue moon, I'll have cash, and want to reload with instead of a credit card. Back in the day, I use to work for Starbucks. And reloading the app or a gift card was one of the first things I learned. But it all good. Staff here is friendly. The store is clean. Stop on by.
What a dump! I got verbally assaulted with foul language via drive thru! Place smells of pot as soon as window opens! Customer service is NOT their thing for sure!! Very very disappointing long wait times ! I’m still waiting for District manager to call me! UPDATE; Year later and still NO call from District Manager!! What pathetic service! Submitted a mobile order and after 15 minutes I asked about it. Not the only person waiting for their mobile order either. I'll skip this location in the future and try a different one. Google shows bad reviews for this location. That makes sense. I don't think they paid attention to their mobile orders until I asked about mine. Took 40 minutes total to get everything straightened out. They did give us a refund but I can't get my time back.
