Every single time I order from here through Doordash, there is never a straw and the donut is placed face down in the bag so the icing falls off when you try to get it out. I am not exaggerating when I say *every single time*. They have gotten my order wrong a good number of times as well. I wasn't going to complain if it just happened a couple times, since its really not that big of a deal, but it's been consistent and I see the other reviews reflect similar experiences. The one in Hockessin is much better

Do not stop here. Stopped on our way home from vacation. Owners have a hard time understanding English. Got the order wrong because we started the order with the husband who had to call his wife to finish because he couldn't understand us. The bathroom was atrocious. How the owners got a franchise is beyond me! If that's Dunkins quality, then that's disappointing.
