I did'NOT get what I order. I payed for it. Then I had to reorder. Next time I will go to 7-eleven.
terrible customer service. this dunkin is close to my house so its convenient for me, however, everytime I come to this dunkin the staff is just extremely rude & miserable. If you don’t want to work, don’t work. but stop bringing your attitude and disrespect to people for no reason. customer service is top tier, I believe the manager(s) here should give the staff some customer service training.
Ordered a large cold brew less ice, this is what they gave me. I asked for them to put a bit more coffee. I was told "this is how its supposed to be they won't allow me to put anymore". This store is literally the worst. Think about how ridiculous that is.
