Hands down the worst dunkin in Naples. The staff is miserable every time you go in. Placed a mobile order for walk in as I usually do to avoid the line. Car line was empty so I just pulled around to grab it from the window as I do at many other locations. The poor blonde with too much makeup on had to turn around take 5 steps to grab my coffee which I'm sure was such an inconvenience, slammed it on the counter and threw a straw at her coworker. By far this is the best run Dunkin manager always present great staff
Great location and awesome team with phenomenal service. Jose always smiling, chipper and quite frankly the reason we come to this location rather than the one down the street. Give that man a promotion!!!
Came at 6:30pm for coffee and a snack before work and was told they were out of cold brew. Got iced coffee instead but then I asked for a wrap and they said the kitchen was closed. One of my big pet peeves about establishments is saying you’re open till one time but closing 30 minutes earlier than said time. If you want to close the kitchen at 6:30, say you’re only open till 6:30. They’re supposed to be open till 7pm.
