3 people came in after my wife had already ordered ice cream and they all got their order first. The place was empty and yet her order was ignored. She had to asked for a refund (never got the ice cream) and they made her go to the manager to process the refund.
hashbrowns/croissants were cold and barely had cheese, the manager needs to remind herself that she chose to work in customer service and needs to check her attitude.
The most hostile dunkin you’ll ever go to. With very two faced staff and management. I would not trust the managers here to prepare food. after a conversation I had, they force the workers to go to work while sick with the flu 🤮
