This has been our go-to for coffee for the past two years, but no more! We were shocked that they started "forcing" tips in the drive-thru. We HATE the tip screen. I am paying $8 for coffees---that I DRIVE to get. Handing out a coffee does not warrant a tip. And since you are supposed to tip as you pay, if you don't tip---one wonders what happens to your coffee. So , no more Dunkin! We will go elsewhere. Tipping has gotten out of hand in the U.S.
