I only get a small coffee on most days. Staff is always friendly. They do charge a bit more than other DD, my small is $3.29.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The service was extremely poor, and when I raised a concern, the employees said they were not responsible for the service. There was no effort to help or resolve the issue. Customer service is an important part of any business, and unfortunately this location completely lacked it. I hope management addresses this and trains staff to handle customers more professionally.
The indian workers there are so rude I scanned a barcode for a free raspberry croissant for a 2 dollar drink and I asked them where it was and they didn’t give it to me?? She was rolling her eyes at me too.
